Murdz Marauders Group Runs
Our group runs are inspiring and allow you to meet like-minded people who want to see you meet your goals. Suitable for beginners and more experienced runners as you can go at your own pace. All coaching tiers include access to group runs, which meet on Thursdays at 5:45pm and Sundays at 8am. Locations vary but are generally in the Saratoga Springs/Malta, NY area.
1:1 Run Coaching
Multiple support levels available. Whether you just need someone to give you a plan, or you need a couple of touchpoint meetings per month to keep you on track, let me help you meet your goals!
All 1:1 coaching options include the option to participate in Marauders group runs. Come run with us once, once a week, every time, or not at all. You choose!
Basic run coaching includes: Access to all Murdz Marauders Group Runs, a personalized app-based training plan tailored to your goals, and as-needed text and email communications with Coach Murdz.
Advanced run coaching includes everything from BASIC, plus one scheduled 30 minute check-in call per month with Coach Murdz to chat about progress. For runners who need a little extra support and accountability.
The Elite includes everything from BASIC, plus TWO scheduled 30 minute check-in calls per month with Coach Murdz to chat about progress. If you are pursuing big goals and need extra support to get there, this is the plan for you!
Virtual Coaching
Want to work with me, but not local to the Saratoga NY area? All of my coaching plans have the option to be completely virtual. And you're welcome to run with the group any time you're in town!
